PROGRAM, SCHEDULE AND FEES

SWIM PROGRAM (1.5 hours)
This program allows swimmers to train Monday through Saturday for 1 1/2 hours each day.
Monday - Friday - 4:45 PM -6:15 PM
Saturday - 8:15 AM - 10:00 AM


SWIM PROGRAM (2.5 hours)
This program allows swimmers to train Monday through Saturday for 2 1/2 hours each day. Swimmers in this program may also be asked to attend Dryland training. This program is at the invitation of the Head Coach.
Monday - Friday - 4:45 PM - 7:15 PM
Saturday - 8:15 AM - 11:00 AM


SWIM PROGRAM (2.5 hours + mornings)
This program allows swimmers to train Monday through Saturday for 2 1/2 hours plus morning sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday . Swimmers in this program may also be asked to attend Dryland training. This program is at the invitation of the Head Coach.

DRYLAND TRAINING
This program is a land-based strength and conditioning program. This program is at the invitation of the Head Coach.
